The superb location of the loft coupled with a roomy rooftop deck (and hot tub) equals amazing views of downtown Atlanta.  Within view are the Georgia Dome, Philips Arena, downtown skyscrapers, the Georgia State Capitol and Turner Field.  Watching Fourth of July fireworks from here is a truly unforgettable experience.

The unassuming entrance to the loft is protected by Castleberry Hill’s historic landmark designation, both national and local. The building’s brick facade was recently rebuilt.  The storefront/industrial warehouse style of building is prevalent in Castleberry Hill.

The expansive basement is prime to be renovated as a home theater, gym, creative workshop, recording studio, etc.  The climate-controlled area is perfect for storage. An alley behind the building provides ground floor access to the basement.  The space could also make for a multiple-car garage.
